Wendy has been an excellent realtor. When I was first moving to Arizona from New Mexico, she drove all over with me and my mom to look at a dozen or so houses for rent over the course of a single day: all the time I had. It was the middle of July and none of the houses had electricity on for the AC. It was a miserably hot and long day, but she didn't seem to mind, and had brought water bottles and snacks for us. She worked very hard for me and was more than happy to go back to my top choices for a second look. We got all the paperwork done that evening so I could return home with peace of mind knowing I had a new place to live. She spent a good 9 hours with us that one day! She worked so hard for what probably amounted to not very much money, especially with the gas spent going all over from Avondale to Buckeye, that my mom and I felt compelled to pool our cash and give her a tip. She was just that great.

When I decided I wanted to buy my first house earlier this year, she was my obvious choice. She has worked so hard for me and has been my greatest advocate, getting me the best deal. She worked through the grueling short sale-buying process with ease, keeping me informed at all times. She's not afraid to ask for things that I would have never thought to ask for myself, such as splitting the cost of termite treatment. She scheduled the home inspector, who was excellent, and even recommended a mortgage company who have been very pleasant and professional to work with.

She is a pleasure to work with, always upbeat and ready to do whatever it takes to make sure her clients are satisfied and getting the absolute best. It is my pleasure to recommend her to anyone!
