He came twice and never got the door working. He was really a slob and we have decided to look elsewhere to get the door working.

HE WAS AN OLDER GENTLEMAN AND WAS VERY NICE. HE DID A GREAT JOB OF INSTALLING IT AND LETTING ME KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. HE CLEANED UP HIS MESS AND WAS VERY FRIENDLY.

A TECH ARRIVED AT THE APPOINTED TIME. HE WAS ABLE TO PROGRAM THE BUILT IN GARAGE DOOR OPENER WITHIN MINUTES. HE ALSO WAS KIND ENOUGH TO CHECK THE OTHER GARAGE DOOR OPENERS. DID NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS FOR PAYMENT.
