INDEPENDENT FINANCIAL WAS VERY UPFRONT AND HONEST DURING MY HOUSE BUYING EXPERIENCE. THEIR LOAN OFFICER PROVIDED ME WITH SEVERAL CHOICES AND HELPED ME TO UNDERSTAND ALL OF THE VARIOUS OPTIONS. I FELT THAT THEY WERE VERY HONEST AND REPUTABLE.

THE FEES NEVER CHANGED THROUGH THE PROCESS. I WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FINANCING ALL THE WAY THROUGH CLOSE OF ESCROW. MY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL.
