I was so happy with Rick who did my roof repair. He gave me his estimate and I accepted. He explained what was wrong that caused the leaks and was very professional. We agreed on a date to do the repair he was prompt brought his crew. Additionally, he had climbed on the roof & taken pictures which showed me what the roof problem had become. Rick's crew were very professional in the way they prepared the courtyard and the cleanup was like they had never been here. I would highly recommend Coral Desert to anyone wishing to have roof repairs done. Rick was very reasonable with the cost of the job and I would definitely hire him and his crew again!

I was exptremely impressed with how thoroughly he inspected and repaired everything, above and beyond what I expected. The cost of the repair was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. I get the feeling they put the customer first, rather than try to take advantage of someone with a problem. Iâ ll certainly recommend them to anyone needing roofing repair.

Rick went out of his way to deliver tile samples to the HOA for approval. He also worked very closely with an engineering firm to cover the work and new load on the roof as I was changing from asphalt shingles to concrete tile. They got the work done in just a couple days.

Yolanda returned my call promptly & had Rick come out to access damage. It was fixed in a week!

Excellent service -- quick and knowledgeable assistance from the office. Rick White arrived on time for the scheduled estimate. The price for our roof maintenance job was right. Rick and his crew were on time at the house the next day and did a great job re-positioning roof tiles that had slipped and replacing tiles that were broken.

I had CDI do a complete lift and replace of my tile roof. Rick (the owner) provided a quote and was happy to answer my questions and discuss options. Once work started, they showed up promptly and were done in 3 days. They left the area around the house spotless when they left each day. The finished roof looks excellent and the workmanship is far better than the original roof. Cost-wise, CDI was the best of the 5 quotes I received and there were no surprises or hidden costs. I highly recommend CDI - I don't think they can be beat in cost or quality.

I think that Rick was a professional and he looked at the Cement Tile on the roof of my home together with 2 neighbors who needed replacement tile themselves. Rick was able to match the existing tile which was 22 yrs old thru an outlet called the Bone Yard. He wasted no time to get things done and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a roofer whose price to complete the job is fair.
