Nick, told me I had trojans and malware and he cleaned it up. What I didn't like he took my trend micro antivirus off and he put in a microsoft essential virus scan. He didn't get my permission to delete my antivirus, which I puchased recently for two years. That frustated me. But. overall he met well and he help me to delete what he put in my computer. I had to call trend micro to reistall my antiviru system. Bottom line get cusomer permission first.

My wife and my daughter's laptop broke within a week of each other and I went and bought a couple of laptops to replace them. I was sitting in my office looking at the broke ones and decided to look into seeing how much it would cost to fix them. I looked on Angie's List and these guys only had one rating, but when I called them the gentleman was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He told me what to expect and that some of these laptops weren't worth the money to repair and if that's the case he would tell me. He told me what the rates were and I figured I could give him a shot and he basically told me he fixed one that needed an outer switch adjusted. He called me before he fixed the other one and said that they could put a new motherboard into it, but it's going to be costly and that it was a problem with the graphics chip. He also would have to re-solder it back in and it would cost me just an hour worth of labor and it might only work three months or a year. I told him to go ahead and fix it and the laptop has been working fine since then. They're awesome and I would just use them. Don't go buy a laptop like I did. These are high powered laptops and for the price of a cheap laptop he fixed both of them within four or five days. I thought his price was reasonable.

They are very good. They know what they are doing. Their price I think is pretty reasonable. They charged $70 an hour or something. They do their job very well. They also don't take a long time in doing diagnosis and repair or anything like that. They are very competent people. They do the work when they say they are going to do it. They promise you what they are going to deliver. They usually deliver when they say they are going to deliver. They do send their technicians for small things on site to do that.
