COMPANY WAS PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL AND VERY HONEST. SHOWED US THE BEST WAY TO CLEAN CARPET WITHOUT RUINING THE FIBERS AND CAUSING MOLD. WOULD RECOMMEND THEM IN A HEARTBEAT.
