I boarded my boxer and shihtzu for two nights.  My shihtzu had the beginnings of an ear infection so I brought her prescription medication and told how, when, and how much to apply.  I mentioned the medication was expensive (over $50 for a small bottle).  Whoever applied the medication somehow lost the applicator tip (only one drop was needed) and apparently poured the entire bottle into the shih Tzu's ear and all over her face.  She was an oily mess when I picked her up, eyes partially closed and tearing.  The medication bottle was unused (full) when I brought it to the kennel, empty when I got it home!  Did they see fit to tell me about the problem?????  NO!!!!!!!!!!!

Both dogs seemed to be dehydrated and drank an enormous amount of water when returning home.

This is the second time I have had a problem with these people and WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

Now I'm off to the vet to have my dog's eyes checked.

Our dog is an aussie so is on the hyper side and spent much of his interview looking for a gate out! He has stayed at other places but the play time, bathroom time was on and off each day. In camp bow wow they are together all day except at lunch and bedtime, they can lay down, play, walk around, go out thru sheeted plastic strips to the outdoor area where there is pea gravel and can use it as a restroom or there is a large object that has water in it if they want to play in the water. The employees are with them most of the time in the play area and clean up after a dog very quickly from what we observed. We rec'd a note from them that our dog made friends with so and so, and so and so, and was a good and quot;camperand quot; which was cute. We paid about $2 more per day than our old place and felt it was worth it to be able to look in on him while away. We would use them again and recommend them.

My dogs love the staff as much as they like the dogs. They are wonderful and really caring people. They know all the animals by name. The dogs have to be spade and have their medicines up to date. You bring in your animals for an interview to see how they work with the other dogs and your first day is free. They are not a groomer, but you can pay to get their nails trimmed or to get them bathed while they are there. They also have cameras set up, so you can get on the internet and see your dog there!
