Bla Villa

I arranged, as a surprise, for my husbands birthday, to have storage cabinets and overhead racks added to our garage. The plan was for Garage Max to arrive early and get it all done before my husband got home from work. Tim, from Garage Max, said this would be no problem! I paid someone to help me clean out the garage. Everything was in the driveway by 8AM. Garage Max finally showed up at Noon! While waiting, I called and Tim answered once and said they were running a little bit late but should arrive in 30 min. That was about 9:15AM. After that no one answered when I called. I was almost in tears when they finally arrived. No apologies were offered. They got to work, but there was no way they could finish before my husband got home. The person I hired to help me put stuff away, arrived and we did the best we could, but we had to stay out of the installers way. Lots of stuff was still in the drive when my husband arrived. Some surprise.... I was unwilling to write a bad review yet. I hate to hurt a company but I don't want anyone else to depend on this company. At the end of that long day, I asked Tim to get me another hanging rack for over the workbench. He said he would be in the neighborhood in a week and would drop it by. I never heard from him. A few months after the install, some of the laminate that covers the inside edge of one of the doors bubbled up. I called TIm and he said he would call me the following week and set up a time to come by and fix it. I never heard from him. It has been about 6 weeks since that last call. I get angry every time I try to close that door, but I am just going to fix it myself now. The product that they sold seems fine, but the service was awful and rude. I do not recommend this company.
