If you buy anything from this company, you, as the customer, have to be the contractor. Unless you have perfect Spanish and want to be your own contractor, do not use this company. The owner is very unclear. The tile guys did not cover my bathtubs, cabinets, or furniture with plastic, and I had to cover my entire house prior to installing the tile. They came out and used a jack-hammer to demolish the old tile. This caused dust to scatter everywhere in my house. I asked the owner many times what I needed to do to prepare the house. He insisted that the company would take care of everything. This was untrue. I also asked Bryan, the owner, if he used sub contractors. He said he used only his employees. New workers continued to show up for this project, but they were all sub contracted by this company. The tile looks good, but I wanted my grout to be sealed. They insisted this did not need to be done. I said I would pay for it. I wanted it sealed and asked them a second time if it should be sealed. They didn't seal it. Now any time I spill something on the grout, a stain will be on my tile permanently. They also bent a toilet flange. Now my toilet leaks. They came back to re seat my toilet. To fix the toilet, they re-bent the flange, and it doesn't fit correctly. Now, I need a plumber to fix my toilet. Also, I had carpet installed. These sub contractors did not follow any instructions on how to install the carpet. I do not speak Spanish, so I could not communicate with the subcontracted workers. Now my carpet has many hard spots everywhere in my carpet.
