We were referred to Hubert by American Home Shield. That was on May 5th. He came several times. He ordered one part. It didn't fix the problem. He finally got around to ordering what he believed was the correct part on June 12th. By June 19th we just gave up. He consistently didn't return calls, he consistently showed up late. When there was a conflict, he was rude and defensive. He didn't really seem to understand the technology of a late model GE electric glass stovetop. Avoid this company.

Applifix came out and ordered hinges and parts for the door to rebuild it, when it still leaked, he did extra research to determine that 2 small plastic clips were needed at the base of the door on the inside to prevent the minor leaking that was still going on. It was frustrating for him to diagnose and repair the problem but he kept at it until it was fixed, and also facilitated the process very well with AHS, the home warranty company I have. I would definitely use him again.

He is just fantastic! I had called several companies and they all said my problem could have been caused my many different things. I called him and described the problem, and he was able to diagnose it over the phone and brought the part out right away. He is the best service provider I have ever found! It's just one guy, and he is incredibly prompt and when he found out our air conditioning unit wasn't working he was able to get there immediately.
