America Sunshine Maintenance is a family owned and operated Company with expertise in various fields such as HVAC (over 35 years experience combined) we like to think of us as a 1 stop shop type of company. We have experienced that some of our clients like to deal with one company to help them complete various projects. This allows them to only deal with one contractor and having a more relaxed schedule to complete other important things. We are qualified to do A/C repairs and Installation. We also complete various handyman Tasks as we have been in the construction industry and home repairs for many years. Our team is made of: Maricela, Bertha, Raul, Nick, Luis and I Jose Luis. We all come together to complete all services that we offer such as: Carpet Cleaning, House Cleaning, Handy man work, Window Cleaning, and now Heating and Air Conditioning. ROC license #323789 Our Company Started in 2014 doing Carpet cleaning only and slowly added more services to better serve our customers.

Beware of this guy calls himself a contractor he maybe on paper but his experience is bad. Hired him last year did a bad job had to hire another contractor to correct the mess. He will not answer calls or honor his warranty it has been almost a year with dozens of calls and messages nothing... I would advise you if you do hire him, to get the job inspected by a 3rd party HVAC contractor before. He will not return phone calls or fix the job!

The young man that came out to the house I think was a little in-experienced, he didn't know that the windows were removable to clean the entire other side. The screens that he removed were not put back in securely, they fell out. He was however very polite and it was a very good price.

I had three companies respond, but America Sunshine was the only one that followed through in a timely manner. They came out to give me an estimate and were friendly and very professional. I had my windows cleaned inside and outside, including the screens. They look beautiful. I will have them out quarterly and would recommend them to anyone.

The project was window cleaning. Was to take five hours... however, started @10:30 am and was not done until 5:45 pm... Job should have been for two people, only one showed up. Final job, was not to my satisfaction, the frames and the window tracks still dirty... I'm very disappointed... does not deserve 5 stars rating... I had to clean the tracks and the frames myself... Also, No receipt on the job, I have to wait 30 min for the owner to send me a receipt via e.mail...

I offered to come on Saturday and re do the work at no additional charge to ensure we make it right for her. she accepted and we are headed to her house to make it right at 11am. My husband and I were very pleased with Luis' window cleaning. He was very prompt and did a good job inside and out. We also used his carpet cleaning service the same day, which was also good, except that it took our carpet 2 days to dry.
