Job required cleaning, sealing and applying sealant coating to flat roof   Job done quickly and thoroughly without a problem.  Contractor was punctual and clean up was complete.  No problems with job or since job was completed.

Almeida's cost estimate was in the middle of 4 estimates I received. I liked their ratings and reviews on other web sites. Their estimator was polite and did not do a hard sell. Unbelievably they installed my roof in one day, and they did a quality job. It has been two years now with absolutely no problems. They performed a very thorough clean up. I could not find a single nail after the work completed.

It is three days after completion, and I am very please at the overall appearance of the roof. Interacting with the office staff and Kevin during the estimate was Great! Returned calls and email promptly. This is my first experience with a new roof process, and it couldnt have been easier. What made it even nicer was the fact that Kevin actually told me about the coupon they offered on Kuduz for two Free WhirlyBirds. I knew about them, But the fact that HE brought it up first, as Very Positive. Rick and the crew that did the actual work were courteous and explained a couple issues as they pulled the roof off. I wasnt surprised that they found these issues and was glad to have Rick explain the repair process to make the roof solid. They did a Great job with the minor repairs needed. The roof was completed in 2 !/2 days (as I was told) and Looks Wonderful!!! They cleaned up front and back of the house before they left each day. They were a little late one morning but they still completed the work as promised. And the Best Part is they were the lowest estimate by a couple hundred dollars... in these times that matters. Overall Experience was GREAT!!! Thanks to Everyone at Almeida Roofing. Now let the rain begin!!!!

Very well, leak is repaired. Cleaned up afterward. Electronic billing. Good experience.

They did a good job they are just expensive. You may be able to shop around for a better price.

Everything worked out perfectly. They were very punctual in showing up for the job. As far as I can remember, they finished the work in one day. I had no problems whatsoever communicating with the crew. They even cleaned up after themselves when they were done. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again. They know people shop around so I'm sure their prices were fair.
