He has also replaced both fans in my two AC units at my home. He is a nice guy and does a great job. I have used his services a few times over the past three months. He knows air conditioning inside and out. He really knows the mechanics of how the air flows through your house and how to optimize the return and duct work to get the maximum efficiency through your units.

Dominick Mosono arrived on time checked the system and advised of repairs that he recommended before starting repair.  All repairs were completed and the unit works great!  Dominic is a true craftsman, a real professional !!!

Prompt. Courteous. Fixed the AC unit and explained what was wrong. Very reasonable rates. I will definitely call Air Advisors for any future service needs or for a new unit if necessary.

Our AC Compressor went out, and I got several quotes from some of the top rated companies on Angie's List.  Air Advisors was by far the most reasonable.  Dominic was very neat, friendly, and professional.  He took the time to answer all questions and explained everything thoroughly.  New unit has been in service for over a month and runs great.  I will definitely be using Air Advisors again, and would recommend him to anyone who needs quality work done at a reasonable price.

They finished all the work in a single day. Which included a crane to lift the AC unit up while they changed the duct work under the unit and worked the electrical/gas lines.

They will be coming back to finish up the duct work once the framing stage is complete.







I also used them to fix the AC units on my personal house.  The fan blades/motors went bad and luckily didn't break any of the internal lines.  He replaces both fan/motors and reworked the path for the power lines inside the boxes...which is what caused them to fail in the first place.  Someone put them together with a spit and a prayer...it was only a matter of time because they were going to fail.  Not sure why the home inspector didn't catch these issues when I bought the house.

My air conditior is doing well and there is a leak but I wasn't able to fix it yet. He told me an estimate and then he charged me more. He did a good job. He allowed me to do a payment plan. I reccomend him to be very clear on the charges, including taxes so future customers can be more aware.

Summertime in Phoenix is no time to lose your air conditioning.  Dominick  showed up in less than an hour on a Friday night.  Since the motor that burned out was proprietary, he didn't have one on hand.  On Saturday morning, he went all over town trying to find a motor.  Finally, he was able to secure an adapter bracket and a standard motor.  He wound up putting over seven hours into the project, yet still only charged me his standard motor-replacement labor.

I really liked Dominick with Mosono.  He came out to do an estimate within 2 days of calling them and his estimate was quick but still detailed.  He made a point to make sure I understood everything.  Mosono Brothers quote came back quickly and was also much lower than my next lowest quote.  Dominick showed up on time and finished the work on time.  I was quite happy with the finished job and my house is now cooler!

This father and 2 son team were amazing.  I received 3 quotes for the same AC/Heat pump unit installed on my roof.  They were by far the best price and also had the best experience and shared with me some different ideas but spoke with me in words I could understand.  I ended up going with the curb mount, and added a return in the master BR,  they were professional and prompt with great communication.  They showed up on time, called me before and about a week after installation I had a question on my thermostat control.  I called that morning and received a prompt call back and instead of trying to help me over the phone Dan came out that same morning (on time) and helped me with the thermostat.  While he was there he took some heat/temperature levels and made sure everything was working effeciently.  They also helped with me receiving $300 rebate check through SRP.  So happy with my choice and I would highly recommend Mosono Brothers and will be using them in the future for any of my mechanical/AC needs.

My old A/C in my rental condo was a split unit with an air handler inside and a newer compressor outside. The air handler was was old and leaked condensed water because the pan underneath was rusted -- it had leaked for years and I just collected the water into a container, but with tenants in there I could no longer do this. I called the Mosono Brothers, which I used a year ago to replace a roof A/C unit  on my main residence with great success, to come check it out. They did and told me that the GE unit was 30 years old and they could no longer replace the rusted pan. 
To my great surprise, they only recommended to replace the air handler inside and not the compressor outside. This was a surprise because a different company had told me before that the two units always had to be "matched". What's even better is that the new air handler inside can be paired with a new styled compressor when time comes to replace the outside compressor because the new air handler has a switch that allows either "older"-style refrigerant and new refrigerant .
Mosono Brothers came and looked at the system on Friday, quoted, and installed the system by Monday afternoon. The price was great and I could not be happier with their customer care and professionalism, especially with all the details as I listed above. I've used Mosono Brothers twice and would be back again. Thanks!

Overall, the installation went very well.  The system has been performing very well over the last few weeks and I have already seen a significant drop in energy usage.  The Trane XL16c is a wonderful system and it qualifies for the SRP  rebate program, as well.  I would definitely recommend the Mosono Brothers to any friends and family.
Pluses: Great honest, reliable, personal service, very good value, commitment to customer satisfaction. Minuses: Installation was delayed 1-day due to my unit not being in stock at the local Trane dealer.  A couple of phone calls and emails were not returned, though I may have been calling a cell phone of one of the installers who was on vacation, instead of the main number.
Full Experience:Mosono Brothers was referred to me by a friend, whose business uses them exclusively for all of their remodel projects.  I first called them out in June to assess my current A/C and to see if they could make my existing unit perform better.  They were out there the same day and performed a full assessment of the system.  After finding out that the evap coil was nearly rusted through, and there was a slow coolant leak, they recommended a full system replacement.  They said that they would be happy to recharge the system, but there were no guarantees that it would hold, and there was a good chance the leak would become worse.  I elected to replace the system, but needed to wait until I could get the funds for a full replacement.
Over the course of the next month, we exchanged several emails and phone calls about which system that I should go with, and they were happy to quote me several different options.  I also go a quote from another reputable company.  Mosono Brothers quote was significantly better, and I felt that the service I would receive was more personal and higher quality.  So, I decided to go with the Mosono Brothers. 
There was a little bit of a delay in getting the system installed. First it took me awhile to get in touch with them to schedule the service.  I called a few times and left messages. I also sent a couple of emails that went unreturned. I found out that I was calling a cell phone of one of the guys who was on vacation. I went to the website and called the main number and it went right through and we were able to schedule the installation for the next day. However, due to the unit I wanted not being in stock, we were delayed an extra day. 
The installation well and the job was complete within a day.  Trane was offering the ComfortLink II Digital Thermostat for free with the purchase of a new Trane system, so that was a really cool bonus as well.  The Mosono Brothers were happy to file my warranty paperwork and my SRP rebate form.  I will definitely use them again for my heating an A/C repair needs, though hopefully, I won't need to for a long time.

From the beginning Dan was super helpful giving us prices on all different models and effieciency ratings. He answered all our questions and practically gave us a mini course on air conditioning systems and how they work. At all times he was super  helpful and very patient with a multitude of questions we kept throwing at him. When we finally decided on a unit the job was done quickly and without any problems.

Best contractors I've ever worked with, hands down.  Their price cannot be beat. Anywhere else I would have paid at least $1,000 more to receive the service I got.  This is a family business and they are very friendly, punctual, and concerned with the quality of their work and the customer's complete satisfaction.  Two days after my first AC from them I called them again to put in another in a different property.  These guys will definitely be my go-to people for AC in Phoenix.

We discussed my needs and he listened and based on his review and my needs he came up with a system to fit my needs. I had other estimates but because of his wiliness to listen to my needs and his excellent knowledge I chose Mosono Brothers to replace my A/C unit and the evaporator coil.Dan showed up as agreed and installed everything. and then cleaned up the mess and left everything clean and neat as if he lived there.
