Oil change went well, had to wait until new filter arrived, so it took longer than I expected. BUT car runs well so I am satisfied

Really great service. They told me approximate time of arrival.
30 min before arrival they called me to let me know they are going to be at my truck within 30 min.
That way i did not have to wait in the heat at my truck and took shelter at a friends house while waiting. I think overall i waited 1 hour after calling. And i was somewhat outside of town (New River).
Since i am gold member i did not have to pay anything. Regular members have to pay for milage above 10 miles I think.
The driver was very courteous and fast. Overall great experience. I had called 2 other towing companies before them and they all said they are not towing out in New River...

The overall experience is good. The price and quality of service are excellent. I would use them again in the future.
