The installation was straightforward. We did run into an issue with the thermostat wiring that slowed up the work by a couple of hours, but the installation took less than one day. The new unit is performing admirably and we love the multi-stage blower. The old unit used to shake the house when it started up, but the new unit is barely noticeable.
Mr. Brennan stands behind his work, is knowledgeable and courteous.
If you are looking for a cheap bidder, don't use Mr. Brennan. But if you are looking for a fair-priced bid, good word done on time and to your satisfaction, then 1st AirCo is a company you should consider.
