First of all, Ruff Roofing was the only roofer that showed up to give me a bid shortly after I called. I called 5 roofers in total, only 4 actually showed up to give me an estimate and the other 3 canceled and postponed repeatedly for 3 months! Jeremy and his crew showed up the day they promised, and finished when they said they would (5 days). They charged me the estimated price, cleaned up after the job. Since we were in the middle of a drought, it was months before actual rain and snow. I'm happy to report there were no leaks when we finally got moisture (I was particularly concerned about the skylights leaking) and there have been no problems since the roof was replaced in September 2017, over 2 years ago. Highly recommend.
