 + -1 moreEric Santana of Santana Homes provided a complete appraisal of work and material, started demolition when he said he would, and completed construction by set deadline even with four days of down time due to rain. When completed the site was clear of all trash and debris. Great communication throughout the project, I would recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: Demolished two sets of stairs and one deck; reconstructed primed and painted stairs and deck.
