Oh and the thermostat they gave us was a unit kicking around in the back of their truck and was filthy. After they left I had to remove the cover so I could clean it properly.
Positives were that they were professional, very courteous and they did show up the same day and ahead of schedule. And, let me be clear, they DID fix the problem and everything has been fine since then.
