Reasonable price and quick appointment. The service took 30 minutes and was professionally completed. I priced it at 3 car service shops and one needed the car all day to give me an estimate. One estimate was $100. Big O Tires estimated $60.00 including the anti-freeze.

Going to Big O, no matter which location I choose is always pleasant! The men/women are friendly and they take great care to make sure things are done properly as well as get you the best deal!! The tires we received were great! My only suggestion that I could offer, is when you are training a newbie, even if it's a tire you weren't planning on replacing they should be trained to check EVERY tire. I purchased 2 tires and because he was new hadn't checked the 2 I was replacing. I just happened to notice before I took off the tread was coming apart on one of them, so I immediately went in and bought another tire. That isn't a complaint against Big O, just an observation to make sure the new ones check it all! We were all new at one time though! Would go back to them for any tire or car need!
