Wonderful company!

I can't say enough good about this company. If there was a rating of 10, they would get it. It is family owned and operated and only the family work the business. They are very tuned into their customers and work very hard to ensure they get quality at a reasonable price. I was under pressure to close on my house and I only needed the septic review and pumped. I had started with a different company, which was an expensive joke, and then I turned to El Rey and they pulled us through. They stepped right up and made sure our needs were met. In the long-run, it cost me more because I had started with the other company but it was worth every penny of it! Do yourself a favor and go to this company first!

I was referred to El Ray Pumping Service by another service and El Ray able to fit me into their schedule the same day I called. Reyes was careful not to drive his pump truck onto the concrete apron in front of my garage to avoid damaging it which has not alway been the case with others. I had been given a price of $370 to pump a 1,000 gallon tank by the referring service who said this was a fairly standard price in our area. When I asked Reyes what his price would be, he said it depended on the size of the tank since the fee he paid to dump sewage was based on gallons of sewage. He then measured my tank and determined it was 1,250 gallons and the cost to pump a tank of that size is $468. (Since my tank is 250 gallons larger than a 1,000 gallon tank that made sense to me.) Reyes spent over an hour thoroughly emptying the tank and making sure I was satisfied with his work. When I consider the cost of his truck and maintaining it, his travel costs in time and fuel, and his onsite labor, I think his price was fair. I would certainly recommend El Rey Pumping Service to anyone who needs their septic tank pumped.
