Win Home Inspection

Matt Anderson was contacted to perform a home inspection on Saturday the 23rd.  Due to the short timelines of this real estate contract Matt was able to perform the inspection of the property the following Monday afternoon. Matt then stayed at the property till I was able to arrive after work and walked me through the whole house, replaying the whole inspection and providing detailed answers when questioned.  He effectively communicates the relative seriosness of each items found.  My 12 year old daughter accompanied me and he answered her questions professionally and took the time to educate her on the systems or components inspected.  After the whole walk through Matt stayed for additional time answering questions about the inspection and was not concerned about time or watching the clock.  
Two days later Matt was available to answer additional questions on the phone and again, didn't seem put off or short of time to make sure I had the best understanding of the inspection items.
It is obvious to me that Matt is very qualified and very professional in his business.  At the same time, it is also obvious his customer is the person requesting the inspection and he will go the extra mile to assure a quality inspection as well as make sure the customer understands the importance of the inspection results and the long term impact of the findings.
I have used Matt for three inspections and consider him the best home inspector I've met.
