THEY PROVIDED A LOT OF INFORMATION ON OPTIONS TO IMPROVE THE SOUND ON OUR TV. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. WHILE THE EQUIPMENT IS A LITTLE PRICEY, THEY WERE CONFIDENT WE WOULD BE SATISFIED EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. WE HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED AND OUR KIDS HAVE ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE DIFFERENCE IT HAS MADE. WE DIDN'T HAVE TO GET A NEW TV.
