ECO PEST LLC

I cannot in good faith recommend Eco Pest, LLC, where as their internal infrastructure lacks as well as their communication to the customer. Also their weed service is not up to par with other weed service companies, can' t speak for their Pest Control. I don't think Nick Ingerston has a real good handle on his business, and is simply going to many directions at one time, there for dropping the ball on service.

Service occurred over several months and they were consistently responsible and professional. The packrat elimination went surprisingly well, since it was an outdoor area.. mosquito control was not achieved but they tried. They've earned my trust and I've recommended them to several friends

Someone comes out every other month and uses only natural products that won't hurt my dog, lizards, geckos, quail, and other things I love. I'm so glad I changed over from chemicals that are bad for the environment. Everyone is very nice and if I have bugs before the next service they come out free to take care of the problem.

Good. As expected.

I use them because I have a dog and they use non-toxic. It works great. I am going to be considering because I'm a cancer survivor and University Medical Cancer Center recommends them for indoor and outdoor pest control and they use non-toxic. I have been using them for three years now for my weed control. They're very good. They come out twice a year and spray non-toxic in my yard for weed control. Is it perfect? No, but even the toxic ones aren't perfect but it really work very well. I'm going to be doing some more investigating about using them for inside pest control. I don't have a lot but I don't want to use toxic. They come in, do the work, and they leave. I have nothing but good things to say. I live in a fairly remote area and I'm very comfortable with them.

We had fired our pest control company for bad attitude and uncooperativeness. I called several companies, but they had a cavalier attitude about how they would do business. They all wanted to come out and give a sales pitch without providing a rough idea of what their services would cost first. Eco Pest gave us a rough idea, came out and measured, then treated our property as promised when promised. The owner lives in the neighborhood, so we know where to find him. The treatment is guaranteed for five years and doesn't have to be retreated every year. If there's ever a problem, they will come back and correct it.

I was very happy with the service from the time the technician come through my door. He was very thorough, asking questions and explaining the process and what ingredients he would use for treatment. I was very please with the service.

The technician is a great guy and I have not seen one thing crawling around my house since he started doing this. I really like them and will use them again in the future.

On time professional services. Since this is the first time I used this company with this treatment plan I am looking forward to seeing if it is effective.

It went fine.....we have no complaints. We'll have to see if it's effective, but that's for the future.

Eco pest was VERY responsive, and met all my expectations.

I haven't had any weeds so I'm pretty happy. They come and leave the bill in the door.

I use them regularly and they are great. I spent about $200 the last time they came. They use environmentally friendly products as much as possible. They are professional. They are here when they say they will be here and I trust them. I have not shopped around but I think the price is fair. I have a standing contract with them.

Nick is thorough, conscientious, attentive to detail and answers all the questions. He cares about the kind off work he does and follows through with requests. He's friendly and easy to talk to as well as professional.
