I was quite impressed with the team at Home Advisors. They did an excellent job and the cost was more than reasonable. I was never left hanging in regards to plan and schedule and addressing my questions and concerns. They kept in constant communication during the entire project. They also did a good job keeping the job site clean and orderly. They exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to rehire them for future remodeling projects.

Home Builders did an excellent job in completing my project. My points of contact were the Project Manager, Franco, and his assistant Madison. I met Franco at my residence for a scheduled appointment to submit a proposal. Compared to the others who came to my home, he appeared far more knowledgeable and helpful in giving me clear answers to my questions. The initial meeting along with the written proposal gave me a greater understanding regarding timelines, cost, and overall expectations. Franco's assistant, Madison, was equally impressive. She was professional and communicated each step of the project so there were no surprises. She always kept communication open and made sure any concerns I had were being addressed. It needs to be noted the work crews were also top rate. They were highly competent, thorough, and efficient. In my brief interactions with them, they were always friendly and courteous. I would recommend Home Builders to anyone considering having quality work done on their property.

Home Builders LLC did an outstanding job of adding a 3-car garage to our 60+ year old home. Franco Chimienti, owner and general contractor, expertly directed a top-notch construction crew and subcontractors. Each phase of construction was of an exemplary standard, completed in a professional and timely manner, and within budget. Madison, the office manager, provided regular updates on the project and billing, which was very appreciated. We highly recommend Home Builders LLC and hope to use this company for future renovation projects.
