I had my refrigerator repaired by Tim at Dependable Refrigeration. My entire experience with Dependable was phenomenal. Tim was professional and respectful on both the phone and in person. He responded quickly to my calls and inquiries. He did service at the house in a rapid manner and clearly explained what was needed for my 80s-era refrigerator. I would highly recommend Dependable for any refrigerator service that you might need.

My refrigerator went out and they were able to send a serviceman in two hours. When Tim found the problem, he immediately called to order the part. He installed the part the next day which was wonderful. Tim was very professional and helpful. I would definitely use Dependable Refrigeration again.

Hard to review because were unable to fix problem due to age of appliance. They tried very hard, we finally decided to replace appliance. We were not charged in the end even though three separate service calls were involved. I believe we were treated more than fairly, in fact I feel guilty for accepting their no charge offer. I think I''ll have to fix that!
