Bill VerShave, the owner of BVS Appliance Repair came right away to fix my dead microwave. He had all the tools, test equipment, and parts necessary right on his truck. I'm glad he could fix it because replacing it would have not only cost a fortune, this size microwave width is no longer available and would have necessitated adding expensive custom adapter panels to either side. Personable, friendly and knowledgeable. He was right on time and called to alert me when he was on his way. I will definitely call BVS again.
