BluePoint Pool Service was very knowledgeable, punctual and professional. They repaired the pump for our backyard fountain/waterfall. We've used other pool service providers in the area and were not pleased with the service or the price. We will definitely calling BluePoint for future maintenance and repairs!

As always, Bluepoint provided excellent service. Although we perform our own daily/weekly pool cleaning and maintenance , we always call Bluepoint when we need specialized services. Gary, the service manager and all technicians are knowledgeable, professional, and courteous and take the time to answer all questions and do the job right. We have been using Bluepoint for years and will call them in the spring to schedule an acid wash and descaling. They are simply the best.

Gary showed up on time, examied all the components and we decided it was best to replace the whole unit. I haven't done that yet, but when I do, I'll ask Gary to do the work.

We developed a bacterial problem in the spa. We went to the spa retailer who sold us the spa. Their recommended treatment did not work. We then called BluePoint due to their high rating on Angie's List. BluePoint sent a representative the next day. He collected a sample of the water, which BluePoint analyzed in their shop. They recommended two actions to treat the problem. BluePoint offered to send his personnel to treat the water, but recommended we do it ourselves, due to the ease of treatment and relative low cost. We followed the instructions and the treatment worked as suggested.

Just purchased home, inclusive of a Home Warranty, with pool coverage. The fitting on the side of the filter was spewing like a small fountain last week. They came out fairly quick (under 48 hours); had to order a part, and returned on Friday of that week to replace the split spacer. The next day, the pump stopped running altogether. It was the holiday weekend, so we did not get a response from the Home Warranty company. With the follow-up call on Tuesday, the same repair tech came out today (Thursday), and he was able to troubleshoot the issue to a failed capacitor on the back of the motor. It was fixed in about 8 minutes !
If I don't maintain the warranty, I will simply call these guys when I need help. If I do, I'm happy knowing that this outfit will likely be handling the calls !
