Our services range from cleaning and sealing to polishing and repairs. We are a registered licensed contractor and an A+ accredited business with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). We take great pride in our work and feel that our process delivers the best possible results. The guys showed up slightly early which was better than late. They were very respectful of my carpeting and removed their shoes before walking on it to store the furniture from the rooms with stone flooring. The moved all the major furniture out of the way and were very professional and methodic in their work. The porcelain tile and grout in the master bathroom looked brand new when they were done! Much better than we imagined. The travertine flooring looks beautiful. It had been dull and dingy, even though it is washed regularly. They gave us a choice of the level of shine we wanted from the polishing, which is perfect.
The team was incredibly well trained and did a fantastic job. I will definitely refer all my friends and neighbors to them. The price was not anywhere near the least expensive bid we received but we feel that the results warrant the pricier cost.

You did call me back several days later with a concern of a few holes in one stone that you wanted us to fill. We returned the following week and did the repair at no charge. Mr. Edwards came out to our home to examine the tiles, and took the time to explain the procedure needed to either replace the tiles or reuse the original tiles, if possible. His estimate was very thorough, and he was very professional and pleasant to deal with. We then set up an appointment with him to have the work done. The two gentlemen who actually performed the job were very polite and professional also. They did an excellent job. My husband and I are very pleased with the results.

The individuals that performed the work arrived early and were very professional. I thought that the job was going to take all day. They were finished before noon. Some of the tiles weren't completely dry when the sealing was done. As a result the color was a little off, but now two weeks later their normal color is returning. My only complaint is I believe that I paid too much for the work done ~ $2.00/sq.ft. That said, the floor looks great and we are pleased with the result.

As a realtor, I was looking for a company that could clean and seal a tile floor of a house my clients just bought. So, my first stop on the internet was Angie's List. Arizona Tile and Grout Care got rave reviews, so I called them and set up an appointment with Rob Edwards, the owner. Not only were his employees friendly and fun, but they did such a fantastic job that I set up an appointment to have Rob come and give us a quote on our sandstone floors, bathroom counters and shower walls and even our granite counters in the kitchen...the whole "shabang!!! It looks ABSOLUTELY gorgeous!! They took a tired looking floor and gave it the "pop" that was missing. It truly "warmified" our house! I can not recommend this company enough!!!

They matched the grout perfectly. They cleaned and sealed the Saltillo tiles and the floors look beautiful. Rob came out for the estimates, and James did most of the actual work. As they had to remove the toilets in order to replace the bathroom floor tiles, we bought brand new ones (to match the new vanities) and James installed the new ones for us and took away the old broken ones. What a superb job! The bathrooms both look terrific, and the rest of the Saltillo tile throughout the house looks absolutely beautiful, retaining it original, vintage charm only now being clean and shining. We are so impressed with this job that we will ask them to come back for our kitchen remodel next year and match the missing tiles there as well.
UPDATE:
They stained and sealed the new kitchen tiles! Great job! Now the kitchen can proceed - we are very pleased!

At first I was annoyed because the owner refused to give an estimate over the phone, but after he came out and we discussed the job, it was apparent that he was taking that approach because he really understood the subleties of saltillo and wanted to make sure that expectations were aligned with what he was able to do. The tile was already in decent shape, so I wasn't expecting much of a change, but the result looked *fabulous*. And everyone we dealt with on the job was friendly and professional. I would absolutely use them again.

Rob, the owner, came to give us an estimate for restoration of our Saltillo tile, which had been worn and neglected for several years. He was punctual and very professional. He evaluated our tile and assessed our expectations. Rob was very forthcoming and realistic about the outcome we could expect and had photos of previous jobs done on tile with the same degree of wear. He offered the pros and cons of cleaning/resealing versus stripping/resealing. As another option, he suggested concrete flooring with another company after we verbalized our discontent with Saltillo. We opted for the cleaning/resealing. Eric came out initially to do grout repairs and did a fantastic job (in addition to listening to our life story from my dear but very talkative father-in-law, who stayed at the house while the work was done). Eric arrived promptly on the day of cleaning and resealing. He was extremely professional in both his manner and appearance and very pleasant. He proceeded to do the prep work, which he did efficiently and very neatly. He was joined later by James, who was equally professional and pleasant and did a great job with tile repair. The 20 year old floor looks great and came out better than I anticipated. I so appreciated the help moving furniture back into place. Just as they were leaving, I received a call from Rob asking how the job went. I am very happy with the outcome and so impressed by this company. They work like a finely tuned machine and offer superb and very personable customer service. Highly recommended!!
