Arizona Tile & Grout Care is locally owned & has been proudly serving Tucson for over 17 years with the cleaning, sealing and restoration of stone, tile and grout surfaces. Our services range from cleaning and sealing to polishing and repairs. We are a registered licensed contractor and an A+ accredited business with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). We take great pride in our work and feel that our process delivers the best possible results. Our cleaning processes result in no dust, no mess and no damage done to your carpets, cabinets, baseboards, appliances or any part of your home. Our home went from tired to looking brand new in a day! Our house looks and feels totallytransformed, wide open and immaculate. The team under Rob's amazing leadership was the best we have ever experienced.. Magnificent teamwork, all about service, doing the best job possible, honoring your home and your needs. The clap work teamwork did not diminish the ability for each team member contributing a unique gift which brought newness and an out of the box touch to beautify and transform our home. Rob knows how to identify all around caring, sensitive, compassionate, and dedicated employees. Wonderful professionalism from each and everythi!Kudos for a super experience of win-win!!! They removed wrong sealant applied by my handyman and then applied correct sealant. Counter tops in kitchen, 2 bathrooms and bar area look like new.

This is a very professional company, all services were completed. The emphasis was on cleaning and re-sealing the grout on all our tile. There were also a few small repairs to the grout. They restored the original color to as new appearance. It turned out as expected-day & night difference! Would definitely recommend.

This company really ranks high in terms of professionalism and good customer service. This is the second time I have hired Arizona Tile & Grout Care to thoroughly clean my saltillo tile since we moved to Tucson several years ago. The floors now look clean and gorgeous and I feel good knowing I'm taking care of my floors-- a major architectural feature of our southwestern home. Rob Edwards is a true professional. He knows his business, but also knows the importance of good customer service. He responds to calls quickly and never hesitates coming to our house for an updated estimate. He is pleasant and conscientious as well. James, the technician who did the floors, was equally as polite and professional. He was easy to communicate with and answered all my questions in a courteous manner. I look forward to a continued working relationship with this fine Tucson company. I highly recommend them.

They did an excellent job. The shower tiles look like they did when they were new. We had a couple of small issues which they returned quickly to take care of. They did not bill us until we were completely satisfied. This company is very customer centric and I highly recommend them.

The results were amazing. The tile and grout are over 10 years old. They looked dingy and lacked luster. After cleaning, the floors look like new. The work was done quickly and carefully. All my dealings with the company from assessment to scheduling to the actual labor were positive, courteous and professional. Will definitely call on them again!

I was extremely pleased with both the estimating and explanation of work to be performed. The work was completed on time and in a highly professional manner. We were comfortable with the staff in our home. Everything was put back in place and it looks like brand new tile and grout. We couldn't be happier and will highly recommend them to our friends and family.

The did excleent work. They moved all the heavy furniture and rugs, as required. 2 people completed 1500 sq ft of tile and the master bath shower in about 4 hours.

They just did a wonderful job. They call back to see if we were happy or anything. They didn't mess around. They worked very consistently. They were here 8 hours and they did a great job. There was about 5 people here. They called as they were heading to our house to let us know they were on their way and I thought that was very nice. They got down on their hands and knees and cleaned every single tile. My tiles are about 14x14. They're not big tiles, maybe it's 12x12. They didn't bring any machines in and I like that. I will use them again in a heartbeat. They did what they said they were going to do and that is really important.

We had the tile on our entire first floor and 2 upstairs bathrooms cleaned and the grout sealed (approx. 2,000 s.f.) Our floors look (and smell) brand new in our 10 year old home. Previous home owner had multiple cats and not only was the grout very dirty, I am sure there was some lingering pet smell in the grout... the tile and grout looks and smells great. The owner came out to give us the estimate and it is obvious that this is a man who knows all there is to know about tile and cleaning, and also takes great pride in his business! The gentlemen who came out and cleaned and sealed our grout were also knowledgeable and take pride in their work. They assisted moving furniture, and even did the floors in the closets and pantry. There are multiple grout sealer colors to choose from and we were able to see several colors on the tile before making our final decision. We are extremely pleased with AZ Tile & Grout!!!
