Devin of Mikku & Sons Roofing, came to my home in Glendale, Az yesterday afternoon (6/28/2023) and did an inspection of my roof on my 2 story house. He found about 10 tiles that were cracked, 2 corner tiles that were missing, & one place where there was a large enough gap for rain to do damage. He also found several tiles that were loose & about to fall off the edges. His price: $375, which I felt was fair. He did part of the work yesterday & finished it up this morning. I could have probably done the repairs myself, but I doubt that I would have done as good a job as he did, because roofing is not my line of work, & when it comes to a roof, if you have any leaks, you could end up with costly damages. I found Devin to be sincere & honest, dependable, & concerned. He was up-front about his price and did not try to nickel & dime me out of any more money. I recommend Mikku & Sons Roofing highly.

They showed up when they were supposed to and did a great job. After the job was done they met with me again just to be sure I was happy with the job. They went above an beyond what they said they would do.

Due it being a small job it took sometime to get on the schedule & there wasnt much advance notice prior his showing up. Since on the roof cant really inspect the job & couldnt be there the day work performed due to short notice.

Selling home and needed to have a few cracked tiles replaced on 18 year old roof that was not leaking, and per home inspector, in good shape. Other companies pushing to have roof replaced site unseen. Devin called me on Friday afternoon, came to deliver a decent quote within 30 mins, and returned the next morning with matching tile and his crew. Work completed in 1 hour. A job well done

The work was completed in a timely manner and once completed we had a home inspector examine the property. The company had to come back 3 times to complete the work to our satisfaction.

Prompt, respectful and friendly. The entire crew was a pleasure to have at my house for the 5 days of work. Mike (the owner) and his sons were on site every day and someone was always availabe for questions. They also installed exertior gutters and added fascia boards and paint for a nominal extra charge.
I'm the third person I know to use Mikku and Sons, and all have had the same experience.
