My wife and I went to the Phoenix Home Show in March ad stopped by the ADT booth where we met Jeff Rodgers, the President of Alliance Protection Systems, Inc. We were very skeptical about installing an alarm system and committing to the monthly monitoring fees that are recommended. I spoke to Jeff about my concerns and he took the time to give me honest answers to all of my questions. What convinced us to do business with Jeff is that at no time did we feel that we were being "sold". Jeff offered several insights about the ADT systems and technology that we had not considered before. Due to his straight-forward approach to our concerns and not feeling pressured, we felt comfortable moving forward with Jeff and ADT. Shortly after the Home Show, a technician came to the house and did an excellent job in installing the equipment. The overall installation took more time than the installer had planned for, so he came back the next day and finished the installation. After the installation was complete, the technician took sufficient time to instruct my wife and I how to use the system and explained in detail how we could monitor the security of our home using the smartphone apps. The security system has been operating smoothly and we are thankful to Jeff and his crew for the peace of mind that this ADT system provides us.
