We originally got 3 estimates to replace our roof in January of this year and this contractor (shane) had the best price out of all three, but we decided to wait to do the roof until we saved up some more money. We told all 3 contractors this and when we were ready, we called Shane back and told him we were ready to do the job. He was very busy at this time due to the storms from the monsoon season, but he fit us in and the original estimate was still good. He told us the job would take 3 days. it only took 2 and he even did the job while we were away on vacation. When we came back, the roof was completed! The crew did a fantastic job, except they had not installed the ridge glass over the ends and ridge of the roof and the crew were back bright and early the next morning to finish up the job. I do not know if this is was a lack of communication or what, but it was taken care of immediately and to our satisfaction. They left no mess and did not disturb anything. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to have their roof replaced or any repairs done. We had used this firm one time before when adding an addition on to our house and they did just as good a job then. They also install decking.One thing though, Shane is very low tech, so you must get a hold of him either via email or call him. no web site.
