Xtermin was recommended by a good friend. This was a good recommedation as they were very helpful. Xtermin provided us with a pre-treatment plan to follow. The treatment was done about 3 weeks after I called. When Jacob arrived, he did a walk through and pointed out a few things which we had missed. It took about 30 minutes until we were ready for him to proceed with the treatment. We left the house and returned when we received an email telling us that the treatment was finished. Because the temperature was raised to 160 degrees we came and locked the house and stayed at a hotel for the night. We returned the following day to turn on the air conditioner and open the windows to cool the house. Our house was ready to return to the next day. It was cool enough that we could start to put it back together. It has taken about a week to get everything put back in place. It is FANTASTIC to sleep through the night without being awakened by bugs crawling up and bitting us! After 2 weeks we have not seen any more bugs.

After find out I had Bed Bugs I went directly into stress mode. Without knowing much about these little pests and the process to eliminate them, I was at a loss. I called several different companies, did my own research. As soon as I called Xtermin Steve answered, and after our conversation I knew I was going in the right direction. I worked with Michelle in the office to schedule an appointment. Michelle was there for me every minute for the Prep. The day of the treatment, Steve was focused on what needed to be done. I highly recommend this company for the extermination of bed bugs.

We've been using Xtermin since May of 2017, or as my wife calls it, The Great Cricket Infestation of 2017. We went away for vacation for two weeks, upon our return we walked into a house taken over by hundreds of crickets. We called Xtermin and they were quick to respond, worked their magic and we've been cricket free (and other critters too) ever since.
