Every person involved in providing me the service I needed for the repair of my hot water heater were absolutely superb . From the receptionist to the gentlemen that worked on my heater; all were very professional , yet friendly , courteous and hard working. They were efficient and performed a job well done.

Worst experience with a service provider, ever! We hired Xceed Plumbing due to a plumbing leak in our kitchen. The technician found the source of the leak, but when the owner, Jeff, refused to provide a Free Estimate - as advertised on his website - we decided to have someone else complete the repair. He then invoiced us for work he had not even completed. When my husband called to question these charges, Jeff became increasingly belligerent and unprofessional. He refused to clarify what the charges were for and threatened to put a lien on our house if we did not pay. Additionally, the technician broke our Bosch dishwasher (installed Nov 2023) which is now unusable.

Charles came within hours of speaking with Xceed Plumbing. He was thorough and explained what was going on and quickly did the needed repairs. Great customer service too. Thanks for coming to my rescue.

After the initial contact with Jeff who was very good at communicating with me via Texting or phone , he explained a few options and recommendations. HE was very thorough in his explanations. After establishing a time for the service to be performed, he dispatched the service technician Kaeden to my house. Kaeden was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He explained to me what he was doing and was very patient. I would recommend these guys for your repairs and needs.
