Overall very well. The scheduling was great at first then there were a couple of changes one was due to illness. I did have flexibility so it worked out. The tree service guys were very professional. They did what we wanted and made sure we were happy with the results. We were!

Scotts crew arrived early, as scheduled, and did an excellent job removing a very large African sumac that was impacting the house, as well as a dead citrus tree. Courteous and professional behavior by his entire crew, and nice clean up completed the job. Thanks to Mark, Steve and Jr. for a job well done.

The yard was clean when they left, no residue from the tree.

5/1On 5/14 Then I got this message: Regina, I have a trimmer that can take care of your trees. His name is Pedro. He doesn`t work directly for me but he is the only person I vouch for. You can pay him the $150 we agreed to for the trees and I will take care of the balance owed to him. That will make things easier for you. After two missed appointments Scott finally come by to survey the work that needed to be done. He said there would be an extra $350 cost to complete the work. It was not a very professional experience. I am very unhappy with this service.

They’re very good, helpful and nice. And contientious about keeping everything clean. They came out right away.

It went very well, the clean up was good and met my satisfaction.

The thing that I liked about them was that I was able to talk with the owner and he stopped by with his foreman and got an idea of what I wanted before they even trimmed the trees.

4-18 Purchased deal. 4-18 Received email, will follow up next day (4-19). 4-20 Worker got ill, will touch base next day (4-21). 4-24 Partner took off with equipment, trying to put together things to do work, will do job on the 29th. 4-28 We call to see what time on the 29th - time given as afternoon. 4-29 Received call in afternoon saying Foreman took another job in our place and now job will be done on 5-3. 5-3 Yeah...guys show up. Stayed 3 hours; cut down 2 large trees, removed all branches. Cleanup could of been done a bit better. Left quite a few rocks in street and around grounds to be picked up but all in all, guys did a good job once they were able to come.

Scott was very prompt in responding to my email request for a quote. The work was scheduled within a day or two and my husband and I were thrilled with the results. We had a tree removed that was very close to the house. The branches were touching the roof of the house. The tree was removed quickly and professionally with no damage. They hauled the tree away and did a great job of cleaning up.

Scott and his crew at Wholesale tree trimming did a fantastic job. They were here at a reasonable time and provided attention to detailed service. We will be using their service again next year!

The job went very well they did an excellent job - I am just trying to be refunded for the extra coupon that I purchased that I ended up not needing.

Scott and his crew were amazing. They got in, did a first class job, did the work, and left our house in better condition then they found it. The crew was quick, courteous and did amazing work for the price quoted. They completely cleaned up after too.... great work for a great price. These are the only guys i will use when more trees need to come out!!

They did a really good job!

This was a difficult job with 5 enormous mesquite trees whose branches extended over a block fence. A landscaper who was quoting me for yard care said he didn't know mesquites get that big. The job was performed well and the fence suffered no damage. A+ company that goes above and beyond. I trust them completely. I also used them last year.

You crew did a great job. They had a little trouble finding the property (resolved with a couple of phone calls), but once there all went extremely well. Their skill in dropping branches that minimized twig and leaf fall into the swimming pool was most admirable. Large branch falls dropped well away from existing shrubs and yard features. The clean up was so well done that there is no evidence that the littering 50 foot high Chinese Elm ever existed.

This is the third time I have used Wholesale Tree Trimming & Removal for a project. I have been very well pleased each and every time! They always call to set up the time that works for me and always show up on time. The crew look and work as the professionals they are. Each time they have gone beyond my expectations in providing excellent customer service. Because I am very particular I probably have some unique requests. Scott Harmon (the owner) and I discuss these in advance and he has consistently worked to take care of these without it being a problem. On this particular job, the crew took extreme care to be sure there would be no collateral damage since the tree was very large, very close to our house and in the midst of several other shrubs and plantings. They protected the windows with large sheets of plywood and protected the sidewalk and street using some of the limbs they had trimmed from the tree to act as cushions for the main part of the tree when they felled it. They set up a safety zone on the street with traffic cones and had me go inside the house when they were doing anything particularly dangerous. (I'm a guy who likes to watch.) The tree was down in less than 30 minutes, but they must have spent another hour loading up the debris and cleaning up the entire work area, leaving things cleaner than when they arrived. I really appreciated the friendliness of the crew and their willingness to answer all my questions. They came the next day to grind the stump and again cleaned up everything beyond my expectations. Based on my past and current experiences I would definitely recommend Wholesale Tree Trimming & Removal to my friends and neighbors!

.Scott and his crew of 4 arrived about 7:30 on the appointed day. Scott outlined to the crew what they needed to do and left the foreman of the crew in charge. Everyone set out to work and get their respective jobs done. The foreman checked with us occasionally to confirm how things were going and how we might want certain things trimmed. Scott does not trim or shape Citrus, but he referred us to a landscaper named Pedro Contrares, who came by and gave us a very good price for trimming the Citrus, checking all our sprinkler and planting about a dozen new shrubs - we just purchased this home and moved in in 12/24/ 2013. Scott's crew finished up around 12:30 and began cleaning up. They left the yard cleaner than when they started and their cleaning included cleaning out pool of leaves that blew in during the yard clean-up process and they cleaned what had fallen into our neighbor's yard as well. I was very pleased with the work Scott and his crew provided.

On the actual service date, owner (Scott) pre-announced arrival via phone, arrived on time, introduced the team lead (who would be in-charge of the onsite team), and did a thorough survey of property (with myself and the team lead), identifying potential areas of concerns, options for both their services and/or my efforts. We agreed on a final price and plan of action, and the team went to work. Less than 3 hrs later, the team lead took me on a tour of the property, identifying what was done on each object. There were obviously, several instances where some minor corrections/clean-up was applied, the team was still completing clean-up, and all objects targeted were done beautifully! After the team completed clean-up and left the site, my post-inspection revealed a perfectly cleaned property, no debris, landscaping returned/improved, yard, driveway, and roadway (where the their equipment and hauling vehicles were located, were immaculate. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the price compared to other service providers we've used in the past. We would recommend this company, without reservation.

Scott was extremely accommodating; the crew that he sent out did an excellent, professional, and thorough job of cleaning up the terrible mess that was my back yard. It was clear that they each took great pride in their workmanship. They were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Overall, my experience with Wholesale Tree Trimming and Removal restored my faith in today's service business and (almost) made the mini-tornado that struck us on March 1st a positive experience!
