On Sunday (the day I called them) their scheduler sent their on call tech to my house. He quickly determined that I had a slab leak. He gave me an estimate and said he could begin working on it Tuesday. I agreed. Tuesday morning he arrive at the specified time and quickly got to work. He cut 4 holes in the the walls to access the water pipes & run the reroute PEX tubing. After he had access to the copper pipes he did a process of elimination to locate the leaking pipe. After he found the leaking pipe, He ran the tubing down my hallway into the master bath so I would have water for the night. He also talked with my claims adjuster and kept her inform of what was going on. Wednesday morning he rerouted the same tubing that was going down the hallway through the walls and attic. He also put me in contact with a drywaller & painter to repair my walls. After that, the leak was repaired. I had 5 other minor plumbing repairs that needed fixed and he took care of those issues also. Now the plumbing in my house is 100% and I am very happy.
