The heat pump they sold me did not fit where it needed to be placed so the made some alterations to the unit. It has had a multitude of intermittent problems. The worst: the humidity it adds when the cooling system works. It can get as high as 70%. Too much humidity in a house as the leading cause of poor air quality. The thermostat warns that windows need to be opened because of HIGH VOCs.

Used Weather Masters in March 2014 to repair AC unit with fan not blowing. The service was good. They replaced a bad relay. The bill was too high but when I brought it to their attention they acknowledged their mistake and sent a refund for the difference. They can be trusted to do the right thing. Cindy in the office is very nice to deal with. I will definitely us them when needed.

They also made recommendations and identified some places with serious leaks. They were a little pushy with their marketing. They did a very thorough investigation and provided me with a print out and evidence to support their claims. I thought that was very professional.

We liked their service and continued to use them. I felt they were really honest. They carefully looked at my old unit and did not try to up sell me. When we do want replace our ac unit, we will call me.

The service has been fine. They do an excellent job. I really like the technicians. They are really friendly and informative. Once, they made some time to service my ac unit last minute on a Friday.

They did a routine cleaning and lubrication on my air conditioner. They were very good. They were honest and did not try to make me purchase anything I did not need.
