I'm writing this review because I feel it's my duty to warn anyone considering doing business with these people. They "managed" the house I rented. While living there, I never required their assistance. I paid my rent on time every month. I duly gave my 30 day notice when moving out. A couple days before I was due to move, I still had not heard from them. I called their office to inquire about their move-out requirements. The lady I spoke with apologized that no one had contacted me previously and said it would be ok to mail them the house keys. I did so the day after I moved out. When I received my deposit check, a week's rent was withheld from it. They said it was because they did not receive the keys for a week. Then they said they did not receive the keys at all. Of course, I would have left the keys in a key box if I'd known what they were going to do! After leaving numerous messages that were ignored, I received a check for less than half the withheld amount. And no explanation. After leaving yet another message, I was told this would be looked into. It's been nearly three months since I moved out, and not a word. And no money. Don't do business with this company.
