John is great and I highly recommend. Until earlier this week, I had no idea pool walls cracked. I called around and received so many different repair options. It wasn’t until I spoke to John that I had a sense of confidence in someone knowing that they knew what they were talking about. He explained all options on next steps and was the most informative. Truly felt he had our best interest in mind.

John did a fantastic job, above and beyond what I asked for. He was on time, explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. The repair went very smooth. He even scraped off several calcium deposits and the pool looks so much better.

John is a very busy man so it took a few attempts to get a hold of him. After that it was a breeze. He replaced the step in a couple hours without draining the pool. That was half what another company quoted and they needed the pool drained and a week downtime! We were lucky that he needed to come to the west side to pick up supplies the very next day and was able to work us in. Usually he is booked for a couple weeks. I recommend him without hesitation.

Amazing! John repaired a rebar stain in the pool.He was professional, organized, clean & neat. He also removed some calcium nodules at no extra charge. He is very professional & communicable, and did an amazing job! I highly recommend him!

John did an excellent job of repairing the rebar rust stains at the bottom of my pool. Because he performs the work underwater using his scuba tanks and air driven power tools, he saved me a lot of money associated with draining the pool (new chemicals, refilling with water, etc). Also saved me a lot of time as I didn’t have to wait before using the pool again

This could not have gone better. John is very knowledgeable and explained every aspect of what he was going to do for us. He took great care of our property and left it cleaner than he found it. He was always punctual and a delight to work with. Our pool is beautiful again and you cannot see where he patched in three places. Your pool is a big investment and you want things done right! After 4 other pool "repair" guys told me the only way to fix the rebar bleed in my pool was to totally re-plaster at a cost of 6k +, I was pleasantly surprised when Joe quoted his price over the phone (subject to visual inspection). He came out, saw the pool and priced the job the same as the phone quote. The patches matched the surface material to the point that you had to know where to look to find it. He also sanded off numerous calcium nodules that had built up over the years. 

John was amazing. I submitted a request online, he called me immediately and scheduled to fix it the next day since he had a cancellation. Showed up on time, did a great job, cleaned up after. Charged less than other quotes and I didn't have to drain my pool which saved me even more money. I highly recommend him.

The entire transaction was great-- very good.    John gave me quotes over phone and actuaslly cam in lower when he got to our home and reviewed the situation. Attempted to discourage me from attempting to repair spots in shallow end, Said his experience was that they didn't last. I really appreciated the honesty. He was puntual. Kept me informed on time line.

They are fantastic.  We have a plaster pool in Arizona.  Sometimes, they get like a mark either metal re-bar coming through or actually, it's a de-lamination where the white plaster pulls away from the concrete and it leaves a big gray circle.  I wasn't ready to drain my pool and re-plaster it at this point of time because it was $5000.  They can actually fix the plaster and repair it underwater.  They don't drain the pool.  We called and they did a great job.  It is a unique service and it is hard to find someone to do that kind of job.  His name is John Malder.  They were timely and came & gave a quote.  They performed according to the quote and they were professional.  They were out in a day.
