Scott is trustworthy and very good with his work! His prices have always been fair and lower than most companies I have priced out. The fact I can trust him is what I really appreciate, that can be hard to find. I highly recommend him for any AC need, repair or replacement.

Two years ago Turnkey installed a new AC unit in my house. I've never used the heating component until now. I found out that Turnkey NEVER INSTALLED THE GAS LINE TO THE UNIT OR THE FLUE! How in the world could this happen? What the hell kind of half-*** workmanship is this? I had no idea about this until my AC guy showed it to me. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

Scott was very professional and explained in detail the issue that was occurring with my AC. In addition he went over pricing before he began the job and had no problem explaining things as he went along. Personally I feel more in the know about my own system and will be more then happy to have Scott come and address any future issues I may encounter.

Scott responded quickly and was able to make it right out to fix my AC the same day. I had a refrigerant leak outside on the pipe going into the unit that sits on the ground next to the house. He identified the problem, fixed it, pressure tested, and refilled the system and charged a fair price for the labor and refrigerant. 2 weeks later it is still working and seems to be ready for the summer.
