True Home Maintenance Air Conditioning & Heating

My bad in that a large cup prevented the dishwasher door from closing tight. That cost me the call fee. But most disappointing was they removed the framing....and since I have a 'working dishwasher' their job is done. They took the framing off, but do not put the dishwasher back into the cabinet? I was instructed to glue the wood back and screw the dishwasher to the bar. Do not expect a full job with this repair company. After their repair of the appliance you may have to hire a handyman to finish the job. I now have a working dishwasher in the middle of my kitchen. Not using them again for any repair.

Fantastic quick service! The part for the motor is ordered & installed the very next day. The second service fee was waived. Chris was very knowledgeable & friendly. We feel very confident about his honesty in being able to fix our ac unit as opposed to trying to convince us to spend several thousands on a brand new one.

Very impressed with this company.  Our AC unit stopped working and our home warranty company put us in touch with True Home. From the start they were friendly they were fantastic.   The scheduler we spoke with went out of her way to fit us in on a Saturday so we did not have to go the whole weekend with no AC.  The tech that came out, Chris, was extremely knowledgable, honest and courteous and assessed and addressed the issue right away.  We are back up and running.  I would highly recommend this company.

As luck would have it, this company was doing work at a neighboring home and my husband went to ask Chris (co. owner)
if he might have time to come by and diagnose our problem because my husband couldn't get the pilot light to light on our hot water heater.  Chris came down within the hour and said it was a good thing my husband wasn't successful because had he got the pilot lit, when the water heated up, the gas that normally vents out would have vented into our home and probably killed us in our sleep because the vent was malfunctioning.  He also pointed out that many things were not up to code on the old heater. (dated 1994)  He gave us an estimate on the replacement and said he could come by the next day to do the work.
My husband decided he wanted to upgrade from a 30 gal tank to a 40 gal tank and called Trina, Chris' wife, at the office to see if that would work and how much extra it would be.  She got back to us immediately and after we measured the "closet" housing the heater, Chris said no problem and $80 more than the original estimate.  
He and his soon to be son-in-law, Enoch (it is a family owned operation, as you might guess by now) came as promised the very next day and installed the new water heater and also replaced the disintegrated plywood flooring.  
We were extremely pleased with his friendliness, his knowledge (which he readily dispensed in response to questions)
his professionalism (and his wife's) and the time it took to complete the job.
We wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.
