Tri StatePest Management

Nate was great until he had to make good on the termite warranty we had bought for years. Each year termites came back and he had his tech come and spot treat. After the fifth time the tech said the infestation wasn’t bad, we should just vacuum up the tubes when we have them ( they were coming up through the carpet). I immediately called Nate looking for a better solution. Nate said he would get back to me with a plan. I never heard from him again, and calls went unanswered.

Nate and his crew did a complete termite treatment on my rental house. This house had been treated for termites a number of times previously, but the problem was never resolved and in fact when Nate came out to inspect, there was an active infestation. Nate found the source of the problem, which no other company had done, and completely eradicated the termites. He was professional and very knowledgeable. His prices were very competitive compared to the previous charges from other companies who didn't even solve the underlying problem. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again or to recommend him to anyone for pest control.

Tri State came out within an hour.  Drilled holes in house and sprayed a pesticide.  We were advised that this pesticide would kill the bees and if we saw more bees to call them back.  For a few days they said that bees would be returning from their zones and  we would see a few and eventually they would go away.  After a week there was no decrease in the colony.  I called Tri State the owner said he would be out the next morning.  He never showed.  I called him again that day and he said he would be out after 4PM.  He never showed.  I called back the next morning, he said he had to work late but would be out that day at 4PM.  GUESS WHAT!  He never showed.

In a way I am glad he never showed, because he would more than likely have sprayed another inferior product into the colony and we would still be dealing with bees.  I am sorry to give anyone a bad review, but this was out and out bad business, how unprofessional can a person be.
