Demo crew were great hard workers! Jose did a beautiful job resurfacing the deck and the new tile transformed our pool! Nicole kept us informed when crew would be coming and for the most part they were on time. Anthony made sure our concerns were addressed and taken care of. Thanks Trilogy Pool for an amazing job!

Originally, I thought I needed an acid wash. Upon arrival, technicians told me I only needed a chlorine wash, and informed me that too many acid washes wasn't good for the life of the pool surface. I found this to be very professional considering they were now offering a service which was quite a bit less expensive than the one I had thought I needed. They were honest, professional, and effective!

Anthony started, had to leave early several times, leaving a puddle of mush in the pool for days, that dried up. I was worried it would stain the pool, but waited patiently. A 2 day project took weeks to complete. I paid him. I filled the pool. We could not get pool pump started and was recommended I get a new pump. They sent me estimate on new pump. I questioned the price of the motor and seems they were offended that I raised such questions. Was suppose to come back and add chemicals to water, but did not return

"We value are customers and are always disappointed to hear a customer is not happy, we do feel we completed the acid wash in a timely manner. Unfortunately when we went to start up the pool motor it did not turn on and needed to be replaced, in which we could not add the start up chemicals. So we gave an estimate which you thought was high and you decided to go a different route. We did try to reach out to you again to see if motor issue had been resolved so proper chemicals could be added, but we received no response. We apologize for the experience you had as we have a high standard for our quality of work and appreciate the review as that is how we can improve our business. Anthony was great. He was prompt. He told me I didn't need a new pump but the gaskets were gone on the one I had. He took it, repaired it overnight and had it reinstalled the next day. He cleaned my pool with his manual vacuum as well.

We have gone through 3 different companies trying to find a company that would do what they say (take care of our pool on a weekly basis.) Instead we had people tell us they were coming and never did, come when they were gall darn good and ready to come (after several calls) or one that came once, we paid and they never returned. I looked up Trilogy Pools on Angie's List and called Anthony, the owner. HE ANSWERED THE PHONE! We were off to a good start! He gave me an estimate (that he stood by) and scheduled an appointment to visit and assess our situation. He was professional and funny and understood my plight without badmouthing any other companies (The true sign of a GREAT professional!!) He gave me a date that he could start service and that's what he did. I plan on telling everyone who has a pool to contact him because all pool services are NOT created equal. Trilogy Pools does what they say they will, swimmingly!

Do call them because they answered right away and came out the same day because they knew we wanted to correct things asap. They explained each step and didn't require us to be there and available for each visit. Do call them because the pool now looks and actually feels better. We will continue to use their monthly maintenance services so we can truly enjoy our pool and we know it is not only clean but the water is safe to swim in!!
