Titan Restoration of Arizona

Here's the deal...Titan is the "middle-man" and they will contract your work out to a 3rd party. In other words, the repairmen coming to your home to do the work/repair do not work for Titan. At least that was our experience. If you already know that, great, but I did not know that nor was I told by Titan that this is what we could expect. Our initial visit with Brian from Titan was very professional. He speaks English and is very presentable. He put together our bid and we proceeded forward and hired Titan. During our visit, Brian kept referring to "his roofer" so I assumed his roofer was another Titan employee...not so!! The day arrived for the work on our roof to begin and a small truck pulled up in front of our house with 3 men ready to work and they did not speak a lick of English. Trying to communicate with a group of men who do not speak English is incredibly frustrating. Not that the workers did anything wrong (in fact they were awesome) but the fact that I could have hired them myself on the side for half the cost of what I paid Titan made me very upset and very disappointed. They began the work and were actually not doing all that was supposed to be done which led to my wife having to call back and forth with Titan trying to figure it all out because the workers could not understand my wife. Nightmare!! The workers then had to leave to pick up additional supplies because they were unaware of all the work that needed to be done. The workers were also a bit frustrated because it appeared as if it had not properly been communicated to them. Bottom line: I felt ripped off in this deal. The work was completed and I am happy with it, but I will not be calling Titan again. I overpaid for work I could have simply hired out on my own. If you can remove the "middle-man" from about any situation, you can save thousands of dollars.

I was referred to Titan by a friend and was contacted by Jeff. He kept me up to date on the plans for the job. The men came, did a great job. We will use Titans resources for any future needs.
