Showed up on time and did the job requested.

I have used Oasis Tree Service many times in the past. They always call before arriving, show up when agreed, do the work fast, safely and professionally and clean up afterwards. This is a family owned small business and the workers are all very pleasant, courteous and helpful. All I did is make a phone call, described what I needed and agreed to a day of service estimate because I trust these guys.

I wasn't too happy with them. They didn't trim off the lower fronds that were dead. They didn't even move the hose for me. There price was a little high. It was supposed to save my palm tree and it did that.

They were excellent. They did a wonderful job in a timely manner. The job cost me $400. I am glad the job got done. They cleaned up wonderfully. They worked quickly and did a great job. Everything looks wonderful and it is so clean. They did a good job. They had people and machinery and everything was done quickly. They were punctual and professional. I had used them before and I will use their services again.

Called for estimate, they came out, gave an estimate for the job, we agreed on the price/job, we scheduled a time and they came out and did the work....

Victor came at the scheduled time, PREPARED; he had his quote sheet in hand and wrote down what he would do and included trimming off the dead on a pine tree in the neighbors yard that had grown over the property line. He asked permission to drive a bucket truck across the side yard to reach to high branches. His team arrived at the appointed time and worked quickly and efficiently and they did a great job of cleaning up all the branches and loose sticks.

I called the office number and told Vic what I needed done. I was concerned about the slight backward tilt of the tree and Vic mentioned that the tree had a shallow root system so this would need to be addressed. He came by the house the same day and left an estimate on my front door. His tree estimate was $150 and he also gave me a $40 price for trimming down two overgrown bushes in front of the windows. I talked to the polite office person that evening, scheduled the job for the next day. The next morning I left a check under the doormat, when I came home the tree had been pruned back and was beautiful. The bushes were trimmed down and the entire yard was immaculate. You'd never know almost 1/3 of a tree had been pruned and disposed of This is the 3rd time in about 7 years that I've used Oasis. Vic is extremely knowledgeable about trees and does beautiful work. Vic's prices are the same or less as other tree services. I have recommended Oasis to friends, neighbors and co-workers.
