We are able to offer better prices due to being a smaller ran business with less overhead and expenses compared to some competitors. We have been in this line of work for 10 years! "Dear [Member Name Removed], Please refer to the official email we have sent you with details about this current issue. We have proof of texts with your husband stating that he sanded the house after we completed the texture. He is not a knowledgeable drywall professional. At that point he had compromised the texture and walls. We are saddened to hear that you need to add details that are not accurate; (YouTube videos). We are very apologetic we could not come to a solution for you. At this point we cannot be held liable for the compromise your husband caused."
