Appliance Repair
I called the Maytag Service Center Wednesday afternoon and had a new icemaker installed by noon Friday. Hannah, the young lady who took my information, was very courteous and pleasant on the phone. The serviceman called early Friday morning and gave me a window of time in which he would be at our house. He showed up within the window, came in and analyzed the problem, gave us an estimate, and had the work done in less than 20 minutes. We were impressed!

Went into store to look at dishwashers. I wanted a quiet model, which is difficult to judge in stores not having operating models. Brian asked me what I was looking for in a dishwasher. I told him I wanted a quiet unit with good cleaning capability. He directed me to two particular models, turned both of them on for my information. The delivery person the next day did not have a long enough hose to install the washer that day. It was properly installed by an outside contract installer the following day. Everybody involved in transaction was exceptionally professional. I did have the inconvenience of having cabinet contents setting out on countertop an additional 24 hours while waiting for installer with proper installing materials.

THE STORE WAS IN A GOOD LOCATION, HAD VERY GOOD SELECTION AND RANGE OF APPLIANCES TO CHOOSE FROM. SET UP DELIVERY TIME, THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND VERY PROFESSIONAL IN THE INSTALLATION AND SETUP.
