The Kenny Klaus Team made me feel like their most important client from our very first contact. I have never worked with any business that maintained such excellent communications--they let me know what was happening with our house before I could think to ask. My phone calls were always answered, our appointments were always kept, and my expectations were far exceeded. With extras like a website virtual tour, beautiful wide-angle photographs, full-color flyers that were always kept stocked on the "FOR SALE" sign, premium placement on search engines, and advertising mailers, I felt like I had an entire office of people working 24/7 to sell my house. The Team was 100% professional, honest, and fair. At a time when several comparable houses were for sale in my neighborhood, Kenny and the team were straightforward and provided thoughtful guidance when making pricing decisions. In the end, Kenny and his team got me a fair price in a reasonable amount of time.
