Vacuum Cleaners
Generally positive. My Hoover was no longer putting cleaner on the floor but was sucking up fluids okay. This was because the handle at the middle of the vacuum was broken. They replaced this, and then in testing it still wasn't working. Then they found that the container had warped. I was a little disappointed in that Hoover had a new grout cleaner product out, which the store had displayed, but they had no stock to sell me. Frustrating when stores display something they don't have to sell!

They were very polite and helpful. I was called with an estimate the day after I dropped off the vacuum for repairs. It was fixed in a timely manner, and they let me know it was available for pick up.

THE REPAIRMAN AT THE STORE WAS PLEASANT & HELPFUL. WHEN I RETURNED THE SECOND TIME, HE WAS READY TO REPLACE THE TANK WITHOUT HESITATION. I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET THE SAME COLOR, SINCE THE NEWER MODELS HAD CHANGED SLIGHTLY. I WAS ASKED IF THAT WAS OKAY & IT WAS. IT WORKS FINE NOW.
