 + -1 moreGenerally positive. My Hoover was no longer putting cleaner on the floor but was sucking up fluids okay. This was because the handle at the middle of the vacuum was broken. They replaced this, and then in testing it still wasn't working. Then they found that the container had warped. I was a little disappointed in that Hoover had a new grout cleaner product out, which the store had displayed, but they had no stock to sell me. Frustrating when stores display something they don't have to sell!
Description of Work: Repaired Floor Mate vacuum.

 + -1 moreThey were very polite and helpful. I was called with an estimate the day after I dropped off the vacuum for repairs. It was fixed in a timely manner, and they let me know it was available for pick up.
Description of Work: My vacuum cleaner roller brushes were no longer working.

 + -1 moreTHE REPAIRMAN AT THE STORE WAS PLEASANT & HELPFUL. WHEN I RETURNED THE SECOND TIME, HE WAS READY TO REPLACE THE TANK WITHOUT HESITATION. I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET THE SAME COLOR, SINCE THE NEWER MODELS HAD CHANGED SLIGHTLY. I WAS ASKED IF THAT WAS OKAY & IT WAS. IT WORKS FINE NOW.
Description of Work: I HAVE A HOOVER FLOORMATE THAT WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. THE WATER WOULD NOT RELEASE CORRECTLY FROM THE RESERVOIR TANK. ON THE FIRST VISIT, THE REPAIRMAN TRIED TO RE-ADJUST THE WASHER AROUND THE SEAL AT THE BASE OF THE TANK. AFTER TRYING IT AT HOME, I FOUND THAT THIS DID NOT WORK, SO I RETURNED TO THE STORE. AT THAT TIME, I WAS GIVEN A NEW TANK. THIS WAS WARRANTY WORK.
