Owner came and gave an estimate.  The guys showed up early and got right to work.  Work was done quickly and efficiently.  Hardly even knew they were there.  Owner followed up with the job water the guys completed the job and left.  Very pleased and will use again in the future.  Thank You Jeff.

I've had seven different maintenance companies in the last 16 years and this company is, by far, the best. Most companies start out well and then little things start slipping here and there. Tenant Land Management has not slipped a bit in several years of service. Their last service was just as good as their first. I think there has been one time over the years when I called and asked for my palm trees to be trimmed - but was informed it was the wrong time of year. Otherwise, the folks at Tenant Land Management keep me informed of when special things need to be done. I trust them to do the right things at the right time. I finally found a consistent, worry-free maintenance company!
