Description of Work: I used TLM for about a year in the past and decided to try other companies. What I found out is that TLM is miles ahead of their competition. I contacted TLM today to "rehire" them and they came out the same day to start me off on their bi-weekly landscape service. They mow my lawn, spray for weeds, trim my trees, control my water for the lawn, trim my bushes, and blow all of the loose debris away. I HIGHLY recommend TLM and if I were someone looking for landscape service I wouldn't waste my time with any other company!!

 + 2 moreI've had seven different maintenance companies in the last 16 years and this company is, by far, the best. Most companies start out well and then little things start slipping here and there. Tenant Land Management has not slipped a bit in several years of service. Their last service was just as good as their first. I think there has been one time over the years when I called and asked for my palm trees to be trimmed - but was informed it was the wrong time of year. Otherwise, the folks at Tenant Land Management keep me informed of when special things need to be done. I trust them to do the right things at the right time. I finally found a consistent, worry-free maintenance company!
